The Scholarships were created in loving memory of
Ruth Ann Kross, a long-time member of St. Mathew's parish.

The Ruth Ann Kross Scholarships are awarded annually to eligible students in Grades 3-8 from five elementary schools in the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington.

Selection of Scholarship recipients is based on scholastic and financial criteria, in consultation with the school's principal, as well as a demonstrated understanding of Christian principles and values exemplified by Mrs. Kross.
